Are your products natural?

YES, I only use Certified Organic herbs and carrier oils. I don't use fragrance oils in any of the products, only essential oils.

Can the bars be used full body?

Yes, every bar can be used on genitals, body and face. 

Can the soap bars be used on children?

We do not recommend using on children younger than 2. Any bar that contains 'Neem' should be used on children ages 6 and up only.

Can I pick up locally in person?

Not at the moment. 

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, which are only Monday-Friday.

Can I cancel my order?

There are no cancellations once your order is placed. You may reach out via email if you would like to exchange a product. 

How often is restock?

Gems Jewels does not operate with restocks and dates. Every order will be fulfilled.
